WELCOME BACK, HOMIE!

HIGH FREQUENCY • SOFT HEART

Scroll like you do on Instagram, but slower. Sit with the art, stay in the present moment, and the reminders that your mind is always in conversation with the universe.

Mindset • Spirituality • Detachment

@kinzermb often reminds us to be aware of what goes on around us. We tend to get caught up in our daily lives and the hardships of having to keep going without a break, which prevents us from being in the present. It is crucial to make time to recharge, let go, and let it be what it was. Allow whatever your emotions and thoughts are telling you to flow. Remember, you are what you choose to react to. We can return to these posts for grounding, realignment, and a reminder that our inner world shapes our outer reality.

Posts that shape the vibe

Here are a few posts that stick out to me today. Some are very deep, causing me to look within and really think. Others are light-hearted and give off a meme vibe, reminding us not to take life seriously. Together, they create a shared language—if you resonate with one, you instantly recognize others who “get it” too.

“Be grateful for the blessings that haven't arrived yet.” (Kinzer Mind and Body, n.d.)You have a multitude of things to be thankful for.

Community Image - 'What do we truly have except memories?'

“What do we truly have except memories? What do we own? We own nothing at all. But we can experience, and that is something we own temporarily, so the aim should not be to accumulate, but to authentically experience. Energy, intuition, doesn't need your logic, it just needs your awareness. Surrender to the present moment.”(Kinzer Mind and Body, n.d.) All you have is here and now.

"How I look trying to find out if I feel the way I do because it's my truth or beacause I'm letting my past traumas affect my decision making."(Kinzer Mind and Body, n.d.) Stoping allowing your past experience to shape your future.

Maybe this is what the universe is requiring of you right now. To stop looking up at those you believe know more, and realize you are just as powerful and capable of doing amazing things. Maybe it's time you impressed yourself with how much you are truly capbale of." (Kinzer Mind and Body, n.d.) A reminder to never compare yourself to any one.

"I just don't know where to look". (Kinzer Mind and Body, n.d.) You don't need anything outside of yourself.

How I move through this universe

I first want to say how grateful I am to find a page like @kinzermb. I entered this community the way most people do: by scrolling. One post appeared on my explore page, then another one, until my feed felt less like “content" and more like an ongoing conversation with my higher self. I find myself often coming back to the page to ground myself and to be part of a community where everyone is after something more than what the world can offer: peace. Here are my thoughts and some ways I implement these tips in my day to day life.

ENTRY 01 Following pages like this changed how I talk to myself. Instead of asking, “What is wrong with me?” I ask, “What belief am I repeating right now?”
ENTRY 02 Today, I woke up worried about all the assignments I need to do before Thanksgiving break. I was a little overwhelmed and noticed that my thoughts were all over the place. Before getting out of bed, I spent 5 minutes allowing the emotions and thoughts to flow simply. I realize that my anxious thoughts stemmed from me wanting to finish the last weeks of the semester strong. Ultimately, I knew I could get it done if I focused on one thing at a time instead of drowning myself with all of it at once.
ENTRY 03 At times, I struggle to be my most authentic self. As I have grown older and learned who I am, I have realized that I am introverted. There are times I wonder if I were more outgoing, I would have more friends. However, I now know that it is best just to live as I am, not try to fit others' expectations, knowing that who I am will open doors and allow the right people to fall into my life in the future.
